The shipping process has been initiated, or
The product is out for delivery

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Your request will be reviewed after verification by the respective seller or merchant. Once confirmed, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
4. Product Not as Described
If the product received does not match the description on the Platform or your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any related concerns.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by THE PEARL STUDIO, the amount will be processed and credited within 3 days to your original payment method .
